Take this time to connect with your sacred essence and the Earth around you. Raw unfiltered cacao is not only a superfood in Western culture, most importantly - it serves as a guide, a connection point to you & the divine. Through intentional ceremony, we explore various breathwork patterns and dive deep into self-inquiry. Your intention behind the ritual determines the breathing we highlight, chanting we include, and instruments/crystals used in meditation. See this as your space to practice vulnerability. Lean into your humanness and welcome your unique unfolding. I'll serve as your ally. Guiding you deeper into an open-hearted meditation where you're met with self-exploration and compassion. Expect to leave feeling heart-centered, rooted, & with a deeper understanding of self. Mats are provided. Please bring whatever will make you the most comfortable and relaxed. From cozy clothes to your favorite blanket. Items to consider: An offering to the divine to deepen your intention and/or an object that reminds you of the meaning behind this ritual. Ceremonies are performed in home or in a shared communal space that we'd occupy to ourselves.
