By choosing to work with me, you're choosing to slow down, tune in, and return to yourself. I specialize in practices that nurture your nervous system, restore your body, and reconnect you with your innate sense of safety and ease. Through restorative yoga, somatic movement, and mindful embodiment, we create space for your body to release tension, your mind to soften, and your heart to open to what's possible.

My approach is rooted in the belief that wellness isn't just about moving the body, it's about listening to it. In each session, we follow the language of your breath, the sensations in your body, and the wisdom that arises when we pause. Together we'll work gently yet intentionally, layering slow supported postures with nourishing somatic movements to rewire old habits and restore balance.

I also offer sound healing and cacao ceremonies to complement this work, allowing for deeper integration and emotional release. Whether you join a weekly class, or a curated one-on-one session, you'll leave feeling more grounded, spacious, and connected to yourself.
