By choosing to work with me, you’re choosing to embark on a journey of self-discovery. I believe that wellness is a holistic approach that encompasses the mind, body, and spirit. In order to bring each of these aspects of health into balance, I offer a variety of services tailored to meet your unique needs. These services include weekly/curated yoga classes, sound healing, and cacao ceremonies. I place emphasis on connecting with the breath and heart as we move gently through our time together. Building this level of awareness and bringing it to our practice gives our system a chance to reflect and release old patterns. By incorporating slow controlled postures alongside somatic movements, we shift from living in the head – back into the heart.

'I took Jenae’s classes for several months, and they were honestly such a gift.
